About Vovsoft Network Alarmer
Vovsoft Network Alarmer monitors IP addresses and hostnames to check whether network devices are available. Users can add multiple targets and run checks manually or at regular intervals. Results appear with timestamps, providing a simple record of when a device responded or became unavailable. The utility can also check temperatures from supported air-conditioning equipment using a user-defined IP address. Alerts can play a sound, open an external file or endpoint, or place a phone call through a fax modem. A temperature threshold can trigger the alert, while network checks can be used to watch devices on a local network. Vovsoft Network Alarmer is intended for users who need basic availability and temperature monitoring. Phone alerts require a compatible modem, while messaging through an external endpoint depends on the user’s configured service. The application can monitor several devices and provides a lightweight way to signal when a watched condition changes.
