About Vovsoft Network Authenticator
Vovsoft Network Authenticator controls access to client computers on a local network using usernames and passwords. It uses a server-and-client arrangement: one computer runs in server mode, while the other computers run in client mode and connect to the server. The system does not require Active Directory for the described login workflow. From the server, an administrator can view connected clients, lock or unlock a computer, send text messages, and close the client application. Client credentials are managed on the server. A client that connects successfully is locked until the administrator unlocks it or a user enters valid credentials on that computer. Vovsoft Network Authenticator is intended for managing access across a local network. The software must be installed in the appropriate mode on both server and client computers, and the server address must be configured on each client. Its functions support centralized locking and credential-based access for the participating computers.
