About Vovsoft Serial Port Monitor
Vovsoft Serial Port Monitor reads and sends data through a computer’s COM ports. Users can configure baud rate, parity, data bits, and stop bits, then inspect incoming traffic or send data to a connected device. Values can be displayed or transmitted as ASCII, hexadecimal, decimal, octal, or binary data. The application can send serial commands periodically or at scheduled times. Received or sent data can be cleared, saved to a file, or copied to the clipboard, and the display’s font and background colors can be adjusted. These controls support testing and monitoring of compatible serial devices. Vovsoft Serial Port Monitor is intended for developers, students, and electronics users working with RS-232, RS-485, RS-422, or other compatible serial equipment. Its combination of configurable connection parameters, multiple data representations, and logging provides a desktop tool for observing and exercising serial communications.
