Vovsoft Video to Photos extracts still images from video files. Users can load videos individually or in a batch and choose to capture every frame or sample frames at a selected time interval. The application supports AVI, MKV, MOV, MP4, MPEG, WebM, and WMV inputs. Extracted frames can be saved as BMP or JPEG images. BMP preserves high image detail but creates larger files, while JPEG can reduce storage needs and includes a configurable quality setting.
