About WindowManager
WindowManager remembers the position and size of application windows and restores them when those programs are opened again. This is useful for applications that do not remember their own window layout, including cases where Windows Explorer reopens in a different location than before. Users can also lock the position and dimensions of a window so it always opens in the same place, even if it is moved during a session. The tool helps maintain a predictable desktop arrangement across repeated work sessions and can reduce the need to manually resize or reposition frequently used programs. WindowManager focuses on window geometry rather than managing application content or desktop shortcuts.
