WsWinAprs transmits meteorological data to the Citizen Weather Observer Program. It provides a way to send weather information collected through a station workflow to a citizen weather-observation network, making local measurements available beyond the station that recorded them. WsWinAprs is intended for weather-station operators who want to share their observations with that program. Its purpose is transmission of weather data, complementing station operation and collection software by forwarding readings to an external observation network. The tool focuses on this data-sharing step rather than analyzing weather or controlling measurement hardware.
