About WxVoice
WxVoice is an add-on for WxSolution that uses a PC voice modem to report current and past weather conditions by telephone. It converts weather information into spoken output using Windows text-to-speech capabilities. The system generates natural-sounding speech from the weather data rather than relying on prerecorded number and phrase clips. This lets callers hear a spoken report of current conditions and earlier readings through a telephone connection. WxVoice is intended for users of WxSolution who want to make weather information available as a phone-based voice report.
