About AccountCheck
AccountCheck helps people who use multiple Outlook accounts choose the appropriate sending account for each recipient. It is designed to reduce the chance of sending a message from a personal account when the recipient should receive it from a business account, or vice versa. The utility fits into an email workflow where one Outlook installation contains more than one account. By helping match a recipient with the intended account before sending, it supports clearer separation between personal and work correspondence. This can help prevent the avoidable confusion that results when a message comes from the wrong address. AccountCheck is intended for Outlook users who manage multiple email accounts and want a reminder to use the right one for each recipient. Its purpose is focused on sender-account selection rather than composing or organizing email.
