About Adaptive Brightness Tile
Adaptive Brightness Tile adds a control to Android’s Quick Settings panel for changing adaptive brightness mode. After the tile is added to the notification shade, users can change the mode without navigating through the full settings app. The app uses Android’s Quick Settings tile interface and supports devices running Android 7.0 or newer. Its role is limited to providing a shortcut for the system’s adaptive brightness setting; it does not replace the phone’s brightness sensor or provide a separate brightness schedule. Adaptive Brightness Tile is useful for users who want the adaptive brightness control within easier reach. Once installed and added to Quick Settings, the tile provides a direct way to change the mode while using other apps.
