About Andropolis
Andropolis is an Android city-building simulation in which players plan and manage a growing city. Players zone land for homes, shops, and industry, then connect districts with roads, rail, and power. They balance the budget while monitoring traffic, pollution, crime, land value, and residents’ satisfaction. Fires, floods, tornadoes, and other disasters can challenge a city’s development. The game includes eight classic scenarios and 23 sample cities, as well as custom maps with terrain options such as trees, lakes, rivers, and islands. Touch controls let players drag roads and power lines, preview building placement, and undo individual construction actions. Overlays, graphs, messages, opinion polls, and annual reports help explain how the city is functioning. A city can continue developing in the background while the app is closed, at a pace chosen by the player, with notifications when events occur. Save games are stored as ordinary files that can be copied and shared. The game works offline and has no ads or tracking. Andropolis brings a full city simulation to Android, combining zoning, infrastructure, finance, and response to unexpected events.
