About ARIS-Code
ARIS-Code is a terminal-based AI research assistant for academic work. It organizes research around an executor and an independent reviewer: the executor can write code, survey literature, draft papers, and plan experiments, while the reviewer critiques the output. The executor can then revise its work in response, creating an iterative review cycle. The project includes 42 research skills intended to support activities across the research process, from exploring ideas through preparing a paper for submission. The terminal interface provides a single place to direct these stages and inspect the resulting work. ARIS-Code is intended for researchers who want an AI-assisted workflow spanning literature review, experimentation, coding, and writing. Its executor-reviewer loop adds a critique step to generated work, while the bundled skills organize support for different research tasks.
