About Astro Loop
Astro Loop is an offline roguelike shooter in which players guide a spacecraft through repeated waves of asteroids and enemies. The ship moves with a single-finger control and fires automatically, while difficulty increases as a run continues. Players choose new weapons and upgrades during each run, recruit pilots for a crew, unlock additional ships, and spend salvage in a market between attempts. The game can be played in portrait or landscape orientation and supports controllers and keyboards as well as touch. Its narrative is revealed gradually alongside the run-based action. Astro Loop is described as open source, with no ads, tracking, accounts, in-app purchases, or network permission. It is designed to work offline. The combination of short runs, changing upgrades, and long-term ship unlocks gives players both an immediate survival challenge and ongoing progression.
