Baby Touch Lock

Baby Touch Lock prevents accidental screen interactions while a child watches a video or uses an app.

About Baby Touch Lock

Baby Touch Lock prevents accidental screen interactions while a child watches a video or uses an app. When activated, it blocks screen touches and multi-touch input, Android navigation gestures, and access to the notification drawer and Quick Settings. An optional setting can also lock the physical volume keys. The lock can be started from a Quick Settings tile and released through a slide control designed to be difficult for a child to dismiss. The app uses Android’s Accessibility Service only while its lock overlay is active to detect and block input, according to the product description. It says the service does not read on-screen text or private data. Baby Touch Lock works offline and is described as having no ads, tracking, or internet permission. It is suited to keeping playback or an app open while preventing unintended taps and navigation.
