About Battery Notification
Battery Notification displays battery information in a persistent Android notification. It can show charge level with a color indicator, temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius, charging state, battery health, and charging or discharging amperage. Keeping these details in the notification makes them available without opening a separate battery utility. The notification can restart after a phone reboot. A foreground service can update it as battery information changes. The app can also estimate the remaining time until the device is fully charged or discharged, but this feature requires root or ADB access on the supported Android versions described. Battery Notification is open-source software. Its core role is to provide a glanceable battery status, while optional system access enables the remaining-time estimate. Users who do not need that estimate can still use the notification for battery level, temperature, state, health, and current information.
