About Bibleside
Bibleside is an offline Bible reader that includes the Open English Translation in reader and literal versions, along with the King James Version. Readers can display two translations together with linked scrolling, making it easier to compare corresponding passages. Text size can be adjusted, and the reader offers light, dark, sepia, and high-contrast themes. The Open English Translation is described as an open-licensed translation that is still in draft form. Bibleside itself is in alpha, with further features and improvements planned. Its current focus is reading and comparing the included texts offline, with visual settings for readability. The supplied information does not mention search, bookmarks, audio, or study notes, so those capabilities are not assumed.
