About Comfort Reader
Comfort Reader presents text as a moving stream, displaying the current phrase rather than a full page at once. Users can set the reading speed and customize how the text looks and moves. Colored letter animation is used to draw attention to parts of the text, while phrase-aware processing aims to keep related words together instead of splitting them at arbitrary points. The app supports TXT and PDF files. Its display is intended for readers who want a guided, paced way to move through text, with controls for both speed and appearance. By showing only the phrase currently being read, Comfort Reader differs from a conventional page view and from rapid serial presentation that may divide phrases awkwardly. Comfort Reader can be used to practice reading or to read longer documents at a chosen pace. Its description presents the visual stream as a way to support focus and reading flow; it does not establish clinical outcomes or guarantee improved comprehension. The app’s practical features center on file display, phrase handling, animation, and adjustable reading configuration.
