About BoxingClock
BoxingClock is an interval timer for boxing workouts. It divides a session into preparation, work, and rest phases, with configurable durations and either a fixed number of rounds or an unlimited-round mode. Three settings slots allow users to switch among training configurations. A large, readable display is designed to be seen from across a gym. Audio cues can mark phase transitions, the final ten seconds, a 30-second reminder, and the end of a session. Each cue can be toggled independently. A mute control and alarm-volume setting provide further control, while the app keeps the screen on during a running timer. It supports portrait and landscape orientations and is described as having no ads, tracking, or internet access. BoxingClock is a focused timing tool for structuring rounds and rest periods during training.
