About Brainstonz for Android
Brainstonz for Android is a two-player board game in which players place stones and try to make a line of four in a row, column, or diagonal. One player can be human and the other computer, or players can compete against one another. The computer’s skill level can be adjusted, and the game can also be set to let the computer play itself. Play uses an unusual placement-and-removal rule. Black moves first and places one stone. The next player places two stones; if a placement creates a pair of matching symbols, that player removes an opponent’s stone. Later turns follow the same pattern: players place stones and remove an opposing stone when they create a matching pair. The aim is to complete a line of four stones before the opponent, while also managing the changing board. A game can end in a tie if the current player has no legal move. The rules create a mix of line-building and tactical removal, so players must consider both the immediate shape of their own stones and how a move can disrupt the other player. Brainstonz is useful for people looking for a compact abstract strategy game with a computer opponent or local two-player play. The adjustable computer skill and unusual removal mechanic give it a different feel from a simple placement-only alignment game.
