About Caff
Caff adds a tile to Android’s quick settings for keeping the display on. Tapping the tile enables or disables this mode, and repeated taps can cycle among preset durations. While active, the tile also acts as a countdown timer, showing how much time remains before the selected period ends. Users can choose which durations are included in the cycle through a preferences screen opened by long-pressing the tile. An additional infinite mode keeps the display on indefinitely. This makes Caff useful when a device needs to remain visible during an activity without repeatedly touching the screen. The app’s description notes that battery-optimization settings may need to be disabled for it to work, which can affect whether the requested behavior is maintained. The documented function is limited to controlling the display’s stay-awake period through a quick settings control.
