About CameraAlign
CameraAlign overlays a previously captured photo on the live camera preview to help position the phone in the same place and orientation as before. The still image is shown semi-transparently, so the live scene and reference can be compared while adjusting the camera. This can help repeat a shot or align equipment, such as an antenna aimed at a fixed point. A selected color can also be made transparent, either in the reference image or in the live preview, for green-screen-style overlays. CameraAlign provides a visual alignment aid rather than measuring angles or automatically correcting the camera position. The app is described as having no ads, in-app purchases, or data collection.
