About Chubby Click - Metronome
Chubby Click is a metronome app designed for musicians who manage a setlist of songs. It combines a conventional metronome with a setlist section and a practice section. The metronome includes tap tempo, while setlist entries can be added and sorted, with each song’s click track started or stopped with a single tap. During practice, the tempo can be programmed to increase or decrease over time. Beats within a bar can also be accented or muted. Setlists can be exported and imported, and the sound can be customized by changing note pitch and duration; two presets are included. The metronome can be controlled using media buttons on an external device, such as Bluetooth headphones. These features make the app useful for rehearsing music with different tempos and organized song sequences. The product information notes that the app is no longer developed, so its feature set is not described as actively maintained.
