About cmus music player (android)
cmus music player (android) wraps the cmus music player with touch controls and Android system integration. The interface includes a top bar for filtering and switching views, and a bottom bar with playback, repeat, shuffle, seeking, volume, queue, and keyboard controls. Long-pressing tracks or playlists adds or removes them. A joystick control supports scrolling and switching panes or views. The app can play music from external storage and displays system media controls and track information. It can stop the music process after a period of inactivity to save power, then restart it when the app is focused or a media button is used. Additional features include album art, a sleep timer, font options, audio ducking, sub-second seeking, and import and export of data. The interface can match the selected cmus theme. The app requires Android 14 or later. It continuously saves its state and uses relative library paths so data can be imported or exported. It is intended for users of the cmus player who want touch-friendly controls on Android.
