About Dashchan
Dashchan is an Android client for browsing imageboards through extensions. It can connect to multiple forums, and its extension-based design allows different boards to be supported within one app. Users can monitor threads and receive notifications about replies, making it easier to follow discussions without repeatedly checking each thread. The app provides automatic filtering based on regular expressions, which can help hide or select posts matching specified patterns. Images can be browsed in a gallery, and video content can be played in the app. Threads can also be archived in HTML format for later reference. Configurable themes and a full-screen layout let users adjust how the board content is displayed. Dashchan brings board browsing, thread monitoring, filtering, and media viewing together in one client. Its support for multiple forums depends on available extensions, and its thread notifications are useful for discussions a user wants to follow over time.
