About Debug Mode Widget
Debug Mode Widget is a home-screen widget for checking Android debugging settings without opening several system menus. It displays whether USB debugging is enabled and, on Android 11 or later, whether wireless debugging is enabled. A separate shortcut opens the Running Services screen. Tapping a debugging status takes the user to Developer Options, while the services shortcut opens the corresponding system screen directly. A refresh control re-reads the current status from the home screen. The widget is designed to provide a compact glance at these settings and quick access to the related controls. The app works entirely through its home-screen widget and has no launcher icon. Its description says it does not run background processes, send notifications, or request internet access. To use it, a user adds the widget from the device's widget picker. It is a narrow utility for people who check Android developer and debugging settings, rather than a general device-monitoring tool.
