About Device Watch
Device Watch is an offline system monitor with a home-screen widget, per-app usage insights, and an interactive screensaver for charging or docked use. The widget can show battery, memory, processor, storage, Wi-Fi and mobile network activity, data use, uptime, screen time, and update time. A dashboard adds live traffic, device and connectivity details, app usage, and configurable daily or billing-cycle data counters. Usage views include screen time by app, top data consumers, recent apps, and a local history of screen time, unlocks, notifications, restarts, charging sessions, and storage use. Battery history includes temperature and charging rates. Optional alerts can warn about charge levels, data quotas, heat, low storage, or fast drain. CSV exports and a searchable HTML report provide ways to review measurements. The app has no internet permission and states that it uploads nothing. Some advanced processor and battery statistics require optional Shizuku or root access, which is off by default. Device readings unavailable with granted permissions are shown as unavailable rather than estimated. The interactive screensaver can show a clock, next alarm, unread-notification icons, charging power, and configurable dimming.
