About Diktuokle
Diktuokle is an offline push-to-talk dictation application for Windows. Users hold a key, speak, and release it to have recognized text typed into the active program. It supports Lithuanian, Russian, and English, with automatic punctuation and capitalization. Spoken Lithuanian numbers can be converted to digits with appropriate grammatical forms, and users can switch languages while dictating. Speech recognition runs entirely on the computer, so audio and text remain local and no account is required. The application is intended for multilingual users who want dictation available in any program, including editors, browsers, and chat tools. Diktuokle combines keyboard-controlled capture with offline speech recognition in three languages.
