About Enodia
Enodia inventories the software versions running across deployed services and checks them against vendor lifecycle calendars. It reports versions that have reached end of life, versions approaching that point, and differences in version levels across a fleet. This helps teams review whether their deployed services are current relative to vendor support timelines. Collection and evaluation are separate phases connected through a JSON Lines inventory file. This allows data to be collected in a closed or air-gapped network and evaluated elsewhere with internet access. Reports can be generated as an interactive terminal table, HTML, JSON, or Prometheus metrics. The workflow separates discovery from lifecycle comparison, supporting environments where the collection system cannot access the internet.
