About Envoy
Envoy is a Windows desktop tool for job seekers that scores job postings for signs that a role may be a “ghost job,” then shows evidence behind each score. It includes a scoreboard for tracking a search, such as applications, responses, estimated time saved, and suspected postings avoided. A job-search feature reads public applicant-tracking-system feeds. The application also offers a human-reviewed application assistant that can tailor a résumé and fill forms while leaving review and submission to the user. The evidence says processing runs locally and personal data stays on the computer. These features combine listing assessment, progress tracking, and assisted application preparation, with the user retaining control of the final submission.
