About ExploitSpec

ExploitSpec is a local-first command-line tool for turning confirmed HTTP security findings into repeatable regression tests. It creates reviewable YAML tests and supports workflows with multiple actors, along with validation, execution, and calibration. Existing cURL or HAR captures can be imported using privacy-conscious handling. The tests can then be reviewed and rerun to check whether a previously confirmed issue remains present after a change. ExploitSpec is designed for regression testing, not for scanning applications to discover new vulnerabilities. It brings evidence from an existing finding into a repeatable validation workflow. These tests can be rerun after code changes to check whether the confirmed issue has returned.
