About FediPhoto-Lineage
FediPhoto-Lineage is an Android app for quickly posting photos to a Fediverse account. Users can prepare status text and hashtags in advance, then take a picture and either preview it or post immediately. Multiple accounts and multiple prepared status configurations are supported. Posting can continue in the background, and if the connection is unavailable, the upload waits until connectivity returns. The app includes a built-in location option for cases where the camera does not provide location data, and it can create map notes with photos. Users can manage captured pictures by keeping or deleting them, and can import or export settings and account details. An offline mode supports queued photo posts. FediPhoto-Lineage is intended for people who want a low-friction camera-to-social-post workflow, including when a network is temporarily unavailable. Location and photo sharing can reveal sensitive information, so users should review the prepared text and image before posting. The supplied evidence describes account configuration and upload behavior but does not specify which Fediverse server features are supported.
