About Fit Notifications
Fit Notifications forwards Android notifications to compatible Fitbit devices, allowing users to see phone alerts on a wrist-worn device. The app is intended to make notifications available when the phone is not in hand. Its described function is notification display rather than replying to messages or managing them from the wearable. The listed compatible devices include Fitbit Alta, Alta HR, Charge 2, Blaze, and Surge, with limited compatibility for Fitbit Flex 2 that lights its LEDs. The supplied information does not specify which notification categories or Android versions are supported. The app description says no special permissions are required. Fit Notifications is useful for users with one of the listed devices who want Android notifications mirrored to their wearable.
