About Fractals by Girino FOSS
Fractals by Girino FOSS lets users explore the Mandelbrot set and related fractals on an Android device. Gestures such as panning, pinching, and double-tapping move around the image, while a long press displays complex coordinates. A bottom toolbar provides zoom, reset, export, and controls for choosing among 12 formulas and 12 color palettes. Users can enable smooth coloring, adjust iteration limits, and set parameters for Julia or Phoenix fractals. The app progressively renders images on the device and restores the last view and settings when reopened. It works offline and is described as having no ads, trackers, analytics, or data collection. Its controls support both casual visual exploration and adjustment of the mathematical settings that shape a fractal.
