About FreePaint
FreePaint is a vector drawing app for creating and editing SVG artwork on Android. Users can set document dimensions and choose fill colors, stroke colors, and stroke widths. The paint tool draws open or closed paths, and finished documents can be saved and loaded as SVG files. A selection tool lets users draw a rectangle around paths and move the selected shapes. The eraser can remove portions of a closed path or delete points from an open path; removing a point can split a path into two. A pan-and-zoom tool supports moving around the document with one finger and zooming with a two-finger pinch. FreePaint uses a Material 3 interface with dynamic colors. It is designed for vector illustrations and editable paths rather than pixel-based photo editing. Users can create a document, draw and adjust shapes, then save the result in the widely used SVG format.
