gitreant serves commit graphs from multiple local Git repositories in a single-page web application. It presents repositories side by side, allowing users to inspect their histories together from one local interface. The visualizations include branches, merges, tags and stashes, along with graphs correlating submodules and links connecting squash merges. These views help users understand how histories and related repositories fit together. gitreant is distributed as a single binary with the web interface embedded. It renders locally and includes no telemetry, making it a focused tool for exploring commit graphs from local repositories. Local rendering keeps repository history views available without a remote web service.
