About Gluco Glance
Gluco Glance reads glucose values from compatible continuous glucose monitoring sensors over Bluetooth and displays the current reading, its direction of change, and a graph. The graph can be viewed across three, six, twelve, or twenty-four hours and scrubbed to inspect earlier readings. The dashboard also shows how much operating time remains on a sensor. Multiple sensors can be used at once, with each sensor shown as a separate colored line. A daily log lets users record meals, notes, and moods alongside the sensor reading at that time. Readings can be calibrated against a finger-prick measurement. The app offers alerts, a home screen widget, and a persistent notification, so readings can be checked without opening the main screen. It supports specified sensor models, including the Sibionics GS1 and European versions of FreeStyle Libre 2 and 2 Plus. Gluco Glance is explicitly not a medical device, has not had clinical testing, and may show readings that are wrong, late, or missing. Its information should not be used alone to make decisions about high or low glucose; the product instructions say to verify with a meter and follow guidance from a diabetes care provider. The app works offline and does not include accounts or cloud backup.
