About Ham Test
Ham Test helps users prepare for all three United States amateur-radio license exams: Technician, General, and Amateur Extra. Study mode presents questions and correct answers from the included question pools, repeating questions to support memorization. Practice mode generates a full-length-style exam so learners can assess how well they are doing before taking a test. The app works offline and includes the question pools for defined exam periods. Users can import and export study progress to move it between devices. Daily notifications can remind users to study, and a break feature can interrupt sessions periodically. An optional setting can automatically choose the correct answer for a new question, supporting rapid review. Ham Test is intended as a study aid, not a substitute for understanding radio operation or official examination requirements. Question pools correspond to specific periods, so users should confirm that the included material matches the exam they plan to take. The app can direct users to an external service to find an exam after passing a practice test.
