About Hidroly: Water Reminder
Hidroly is an Android water-intake tracker with reminders and progress summaries. It calculates a daily target based on a user’s age and weight and supports metric or imperial units. Users can log water using custom cup sizes, delete incorrect entries, and review their history. Notifications can remind users to drink throughout the day, with reminders paused during configured sleep hours. Charts and summaries show weekly, monthly, and yearly patterns, including averages and streaks. The interface is built around tracking daily intake and reviewing trends rather than maintaining a broad health record. Hidroly stores data locally and works offline, with no account or tracking. The app is open source and uses a Material 3 design. Its daily target is calculated from the values entered by the user; the product description presents it as a personalized tracking goal rather than a medical assessment.
