About Inbox Pager
Inbox Pager is an Android email client that can read and send mail through IMAP, POP, and SMTP connections using SSL/TLS. It supports AES and OpenPGP messages, and can download complete messages with attachments or download an individual attachment. The app keeps track of unread messages and can notify users of new mail with sound or vibration according to their settings. The client converts message text from its declared character encoding to UTF-8 for display. It can show server certificates used during recent connections and verifies hostnames when certificates are not self-signed. These features support inspection of connection identity alongside standard mailbox use. Inbox Pager is intended for accessing email accounts that provide the listed mail protocols. Its supplied feature list includes message retrieval, attachment handling, unread tracking, notifications, and OpenPGP support, but does not describe account setup or synchronization across devices.
