About IndiePass

IndiePass is a mobile client for publishing and reading content through IndieWeb and supported Fediverse services. It can authenticate with an IndieWeb domain or compatible social service, discover publishing and reading endpoints, and receive text or images shared from other apps. The app supports post types such as articles, notes, replies, reposts, likes, bookmarks, events, issues, and RSVPs. Users can attach images and tags, choose syndication targets, share location in some post types, and save drafts. Reader features include following channels, refreshing their items, and replying, liking, reposting, bookmarking, or RSVPing from the feed. Audio, video, and fullscreen images can be viewed where available. Some post-query and update functions are identified as experimental. IndiePass is intended for people who publish through their own web domain or use supported Fediverse accounts. It requires at least one compatible endpoint and uses PKCE during authentication when supported. The available actions depend on the configured service and its capabilities.
