About kiwi-for-gmail
Kiwi for Gmail is a desktop client for Gmail and Google Apps that aims to make the services feel more like a full-featured office productivity application. It brings email into a desktop environment, though the supplied information does not identify offline behavior, calendar tools, notifications, or document editing. Its role is a desktop interface to those online services rather than an independent email provider. Users can check account support and which office functions are available in the client before adopting it for daily work. The exact feature set depends on what the desktop application exposes for connected accounts. It provides a desktop entry point to those services.
