LaBLEr is a label-design and printing app for compatible Bluetooth Low Energy thermal printers. Users can create labels on a phone, save designs as templates, and print them again later. The editor supports multiple lines of text with formatting, symbols, emoji, frames, imported images, and QR codes or barcodes. QR contents can represent information such as a link, Wi-Fi details, email, a phone number, or a contact. Elements can be moved, resized, rotated, and aligned using direct touch gestures. The app offers several ways to render artwork for a one-bit thermal print head, including outlines, thresholding, and dithering. Templates can be searched, duplicated, favorited, and exported as JSON; the full library can be backed up and restored. Placeholders for dates, times, running numbers, and print-time text support reusable labels with changing details. Before printing, users can preview the exact one-bit output, choose copy count and media type, and review print history. The app can reconnect to a saved printer automatically. It works locally without internet access, accounts, cloud sync, analytics, or tracking. On-device verification is reported only for the P15 model; other listed models use the same protocol but are not yet confirmed by that testing.
