About Life Counter
Life Counter is a scorekeeping app for Magic: The Gathering matches. Players can track life totals on the device and adjust them quickly with swipe gestures: swiping up or down adds or removes five life points. A game timer can track how long a match lasts. Side panes show life-point history, and long-pressing the history reveals a fuller record with timestamps. This gives players a way to review how the score changed during a game, rather than only seeing the current total. The app is free and open-source, and is described as having no advertising or tracking. Its main function is match scorekeeping; the supplied description does not mention card tracking, rules enforcement, or integration with decks. Life Counter is useful for players who want a simple digital alternative to dice or paper for recording life totals, with a timer and score history available during play.
