About LiveAgent
LiveAgent is a local-first desktop client for working with AI agents that can interact with a computer’s tools. It combines language-model reasoning with access to local system capabilities, including the file system, command execution, and scheduled tasks. This lets the agent carry out practical operations as part of a desktop workflow. A Gateway component enables remote access and collaboration. The product therefore combines local interaction with a way to connect to agent activity remotely. Because the agent can perform actions as well as answer questions, the user’s choice of tools and permissions is relevant to how it is used. LiveAgent is intended for people who want a desktop AI agent connected to local computer functions. Its core capabilities are tool use on the local system and gateway-enabled remote collaboration.
