About Logger Lite
Logger Lite is a data collection and analysis application for computer-connected science sensors and interfaces. It works with devices that measure temperature and motion, as well as sensor interfaces that connect a broader range of Vernier probes to a computer. This allows users to collect measurements from physical experiments and examine the results digitally. A temperature sensor can capture changes in heat over time, while a motion sensor records movement for analysis. The Go Link, LabQuest, and LabPro interfaces connect additional sensor types, so the system can be used for different kinds of experiments. Logger Lite brings the collected data into a common application for inspection and analysis rather than limiting use to a single measurement type. The software is intended for experimental and educational workflows in which sensor readings need to be recorded and interpreted. The specific data available depends on the connected sensor or interface. By combining sensor input with analysis tools, Logger Lite supports a process from measuring a phenomenon to reviewing the resulting data on a computer.
