About Martial Body

Martial Body is an Android training app with a fixed 24-week program for preparing a beginner to attend an MMA class. The plan is divided into four phases, progressing from mobility, steady cardio, and basic strength toward interval conditioning, higher intensity, and combat-specific work. The final phase reduces volume while adding shadowboxing and uses four training days per week. Guided sessions walk users through exercises, sets, repetitions, and rest periods. An interval timer supports conditioning blocks and sprints, while automatic deload weeks reduce training volume at selected points in the program. The app includes a left-shoulder safety protocol, session history, weekly completion, phase progress, streaks, charts, and a CSV export option. Profile estimates include BMI, basal metabolic rate, and ideal weight, and phase-specific meal plan references are available. Martial Body works offline after installation and stores data locally. It requires Android 12 or newer and has no account, cloud sync, ads, or tracking. The app provides one structured program rather than customizable training plans.
