About MATRIG
MATRIG turns a smartphone into a customizable command and macro pad for a Windows PC. The phone and computer connect over the same Wi-Fi network and pair using a QR code or PIN. Users can assign buttons to launch applications, run shell commands, send keyboard shortcuts, or trigger webhooks. Button layouts can be switched through profiles, and a macro builder can combine several actions into a multi-step sequence. This makes the phone a configurable control surface for repeated desktop tasks. MATRIG can also display widgets such as clocks, timers, weather, and system monitors, adding status information alongside the action buttons. It is intended for users who want to trigger commands or workflows on a Windows PC from a configurable phone interface. The connection depends on both devices being on the same local Wi-Fi network.
