About MeowCLI
MeowCLI is a command-line API forwarding service designed to route requests across credentials and model tiers. It can track quotas across different time windows, prioritize credentials based on availability and error rates, and keep credentials isolated by tier so one unavailable model does not disrupt others. Users can define call order and package types for individual models. The service applies temporary circuit breaking after failures and retries according to server guidance or an exponential backoff schedule. It also uses caching to reduce repeated database work, supports multiple access keys, and allows plug-ins to rewrite requests. These features help organize API routing and failure handling in one service. Its behavior depends on configured providers, quotas, tier rules, and the request plug-ins in use.
