About MLRift

MLRift is a self-hosted compiler for systems and machine-learning workloads. It provides command-line tools for compiling programs and running universal binaries, targeting x86-64 and ARM64 systems across Linux, Windows, macOS, and Android. Its intermediate-representation backend includes machine-learning primitives for tensors, event streams, and sparse CSR operations. It also has a native AMDGCN GPU backend that communicates directly with the GPU interface without a separate ROCm dependency. MLRift brings a systems-language compiler together with low-level machine-learning operations and GPU support, with the compiler implemented in the language it compiles. The compiler can target both CPU binaries and native GPU execution paths.
