About Muzei Pixiv Source
Muzei Pixiv Source is an image source extension that fetches illustrations from Pixiv for use as wallpaper in Muzei. It can update the image collection on a schedule and maintain an image history through Muzei. Users can choose to update only over Wi-Fi, download original-resolution images, and share images quickly. The extension can fetch recommended illustrations, favorites, or ranking lists for daily, weekly, or monthly periods. Filters can use image resolution, view count, favorite count, and whether an illustration is marked as not safe for work. A fetch limit and automatic cleanup of older images help manage the stored collection. Images can also be downloaded through a mirror. Muzei Pixiv Source connects an online illustration service to a wallpaper manager. Its content depends on the selected source mode and filters, and it requires network access to fetch images. The extension’s output is a rotating wallpaper collection, not a general image browser.
