About MyoVIEW
MyoVIEW tracks the diameter of perfused arteries in real time. It uses edge detection across up to four user-defined zones and averages lumen measurements, helping researchers monitor vascular responses during experiments. The software can assess wall structure, wall stress, strain, and myogenic tone, and evaluate how diameter changes in response to pressure, flow, or drugs. MyoVIEW combines data acquisition, calculations, and export for subsequent analysis. Users can customize live traces with advanced calculations and scripts, while arranging and saving their preferred window layout. The application is intended for research involving perfused arteries and vascular reactivity. Its measurements depend on the quality of the video or signal and the user-defined analysis zones.
